Welcome to VibeLift Today (“VibeLift Today,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by VibeLift, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VibeLift Today website located at https://vibelift.today and any related services, including email and SMS quote delivery (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

VibeLift Today provides motivational, inspirational, and informational quotes delivered via email, text message (SMS), and/or web-based interfaces. Quotes may originate from a variety of publicly known or attributed sources.

The Service is provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

2. Quote Attribution & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
  • VibeLift Today does not claim ownership, copyright, or trademark rights over individual quotes.
  • Quotes are presented as attributed based on commonly known or compiled sources.
  • We do not guarantee that all quote attributions are accurate.
  • If you believe a quote or attribution is incorrect or infringes upon your rights, please contact us so we may review and address the issue.
3. VibeLift Intellectual Property

All software, systems, algorithms, processes, workflows, designs, branding, logos, user interfaces, and proprietary methods used to provide the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of VibeLift, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineer or bypass security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) without written permission
5. Viruses, Hacking, and Security

You must not introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other harmful code. Any attempt to compromise the Service may be reported to law enforcement, and your access may be immediately terminated.

6. User Accounts & Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive communications from VibeLift Today via email and/or SMS as part of the Service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

By providing a mobile phone number and enabling SMS delivery, you consent to receive service-related text messages in accordance with our SMS Terms below. You may opt out at any time using instructions provided in messages.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

VibeLift Today offers optional SMS (text message) delivery as part of certain paid subscription features, including the delivery of daily inspirational quotes and limited account-related notifications.

By entering your mobile phone number during signup or within your account settings and enabling SMS delivery, you expressly consent to receive text messages from VibeLift Today at the number provided.

SMS delivery is optional and may be enabled or disabled at any time through your account settings. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to create an account or purchase a subscription, but is required to receive text-delivered quotes.

Message frequency varies based on your subscription preferences, but typically includes up to one (1) message per day when SMS delivery is enabled.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VibeLift Today is not responsible for any charges incurred.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you explicitly re-enable SMS delivery through your account settings.

SMS messages are delivered via third-party telecommunications providers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription pricing, billing terms, and refund policies are disclosed at the time of purchase and/or on the pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a service period begins.

Payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor. VibeLift does not store or process full credit card numbers. Additional information regarding payment data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeLift Today disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeLift, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VibeLift, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, misuse of content, or unlawful conduct.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Utah.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
